Al final, mintieron sobre envíos internacionales, ya que no sabían que documentos llenar para poder hacerlo correctamente. Por eso, la vajilla nunca salió de Puebla y se la devolvieron. Y no era una simple vajilla- sino un regalo de aniversario. En vez de regresarnos el dinero- por lo menos lo de vajilla - ya que insistían en cobrarnos por el envío que nunca se hizo, no nos devolvieron nada. Llevo 10 meses esperando ALGO. Fui paciente y comprensible, pero se aprovecharon e ignoraron todas las veces que les pedimos que la volvieran ha enviar o que me devolvieran el dinero. Aun ofreciendo pagar de nuevo el envío. Como nunca hicieron nada, continué pidiendo que me reembolsaran el dinero. Lo último- me dijeron que me iban a cobrar también por la piezas rotas- y aún así no me han devuelto ni un centavo- porque ahora están demandando que no escriba nada malo sobre su negocio. Pues, si hubieran cumplido y si no me hubieran ignorado por 10 meses no hubiera necesitado escribir esto. Fue un gran error comprarles a ellos, un error que nos costó casi $18,000 pesos. Cuidado.
