O venden talavera o venden micheladas. Nice pieces but the guy who attended just wanted to close (in 10 minutes we closed! At 18:30) and had a very irritating rock at full volume. Either they sell talavera or they sell micheladas.
n	nohemi cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos gustaba comprar aqui por las piezas tan bonitas sin embargo el trato al cliente siempre ha dado mucho que desear, en la ultima compra nos llevamos una taza, no nos percatamos que tenia una coarteadura que se ve que se intentó tapar con barniz, era para un regalo y la persona que lo recibió lo notó ya que el liquido se regaba. Acudimos a sucursal a solicitar ayuda ya que no fue cosa nuestra, y los chicos que atienden lo hacen con pesima actitud, no nos hicieron cambio ni reembolso argumentando que al realizar la compra debimos haberlas revisado (error nuestro) sin embargo ellos no comentaron nada al momento de la compra pues a duras penas nos prestaron atencion para cobrarnos ya que estaban muy ocupados en su celular y platicando. En fin si quieren que los traten mal un rato vayan a esta galeria, productos hermosos pero atencion terrible, y 0 soluciones al cliente. We liked to buy here for the beautiful pieces, however the customer service has always given much to be desired, in the last purchase we took a cup, we did not notice that it had a coarseness that you can see that it was tried to cover with varnish, it was for a gift and the person who received it noticed it since the liquid was watered. We went to the branch to request help since it was not our thing, and the guys who attend do it with a terrible attitude, they did not make changes or reimbursements arguing that when making the purchase we should have reviewed them (our error) however they did not comment anything to the moment of purchase because they hardly paid us any attention to charge us since they were very busy on their cell phone and talking. Anyway, if you want to be treated badly for a while, go to this gallery, beautiful products but terrible attention, and 0 customer solutions.

Está precioso y sin duda lo que más llamó mi atención fueron los termos de talavera, compré 2 y son super resistentes e inigualables, piezas únicas y a precio razonable para la gran artesanía que son. Se deslindan de cualquier detalle de sus productos argumentando que tiene una política de que debes revisar tus artículos antes de pagarlos pero en ningún momento lo mencionan, además que al momento que debes pagar nadie sabe quien cobra y solo se preguntan entre ellos, definitivamente les hace falta organización en el lugar. The boy who attends in a mocking way listens to you and does not give you a solution to the questions. It hurts because the designs of the Talavera are very good but with the attitude of those boys it ruins the place. They dissociate themselves from any detail of their products, arguing that they have a policy that you should review your items before paying for them but at no time do they mention it, in addition to that when you have to pay no one knows who is charging and they only ask each other, they definitely do them organization is lacking in place.
