They ask you too many documents, they ask you questions about everything, the interview is super long and the positions they offer you are very badly paid. They want you to practically give them your work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un pésimo lugar para trabajar. Estuve como auxiliar de reclutamiento y selección, estás contratado por outsourcing, con el salario mínimo, cambian de razón social frecuentemente. Tenía que trasladarme a distintas sucursales de la cervecería de barrio, jamás me reembolsaron transporte.
Y si eso fuera poco, el outsourcing "Falco" dió de baja a toda el área de RH a raíz de la pandemia, sin liquidación.
No volvería a trabajar ahí.
It's a lousy place to work. I was as a recruitment and selection assistant, you are hired by outsourcing, with the minimum wage, they change their company name frequently. I had to go to different branches of the local brewery, they never reimbursed me for transportation.
And if that were not enough, outsourcing "Falco" terminated the entire HR area as a result of the pandemic, without liquidation.
I would not work there again.
