★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, yo lleve mi carro a revisión por una fuga de agua, me dijeron que era una pieza de la toma de la bomba de agua, además de que me quebraron la pieza y no se querían hacer responsables, al llevarlo a otro taller en donde si le consiguieron la pieza original, me comentaron que en este taller 1, le habían colocado un "arreglo" mas que nada provisional (fotos incluidas del "arreglo" que le hicieron), le pusieron una pieza de pbc, obviamente al no ser la pieza original que necesitaba mi carro, la fuga de agua continuó y el resto de la pieza se oxidó, afortunadamente en otro taller si me consiguieron la pieza original y no salió tan cara, no les recomiendo este taller, en lo personal tuve muchos problemas con el servicio y las garantías no las quieren respetar, cuando tratas de reclamar la garantía, su comentario es "es que te quieres ir por puras garantías"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deje de llevar los autos de mi familia por la mala calidad del trabajo que realizan. Amortiguadores mal instalados, termostato 3 veces en un año, frenos mal purgados.. No tengo quejas de los precios y garantía que te dan, al menos siempre trataron de solucionarme el problema, incluso hubo un servicio que no me cobraron ya que mi queja fue hasta con el encargado y con los comprobantes de pago, pero te cansas como cliente de vueltas y ver caras y pagar algunas cosas de mas.Esa fue mi experiencia.
Stop taking my family's cars because of the poor quality of the work they do. Shock absorbers improperly installed, thermostat 3 times in a year, brakes badly purged .. I have no complaints about the prices and guarantee they give you, at least they always tried to solve the problem, there was even a service that they did not charge me since my complaint was even with the manager and with the payment vouchers, but you get tired as a customer of turns and see faces and pay some extra things. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si le arreglaron el problema pero me le quebraron 2 piezas al carro, les hice la reclamación pero me comentaron que como no tomaron fotos al recibirlo no pueden comprobarlo, solo pidan q le tomen fotos a su carro cuando lo dejen.
