Tiene una propuesta deliciosa e interesante de platillos, yo lo considero como una pequeña gema en el estado de Aguascalientes. Si te gusta deleitar a tu paladar con platillos diferentes, Taller 514 es una excelente opción pues tienen un menú muy variado para todo tipo de dietas. Mi recomendación es el emparedado Avokado Cheese elaborado con pan artesanal de calabaza. Y estoy seguro que la próxima vez pediré una pizza hecha con masa madre artesanal, muy nutritiva. El lugar es realmente acogedor, con una atmósfera increíble para pasar el rato, excelente selección de música y con una zona al aire libre para sentirte aún más protegido en estos tiempos de pandemia. Si vives en Ags o estás turisteando, este restaurante es una excelente opción. A workshop of flavors is, in short, Taller 514. Este restaurante se encuentra dentro de una casa, cuando llegas tendrás que tocar el timbre para entrar, el lugar tiene cupo limitado debido a que es un espacio reducido, la decoración es muy bonita, el lugar se siente privado, buena música y excelente ambiente para conversar con amigos o pareja. En cuanto a la comida está deliciosa, tienen opciones vegetarianas y no vegetarianas, recomiendo la pizza de calabaza y las papas de camote, definitivamente son algo que tienes que probar, la pizza de masa madre también está exquisita, en las bebidas recomendable el clericot que está delicioso, también tienen cerveza artesanal y de las convencionales. El servicio es muy amable que en conjunto con el lugar te hacen vivir realmente una gran experiencia. A tomar en consideración es que no hay estacionamientos públicos cerca, así que hay estacionarse en la calle. Private and charming place.
