★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy de acuerdo con la gran mayoría de comentarios, es un pésimo servicio, la disque asesor Andrea déspota y arrogante hacia el cliente donde no tiene noción de su función, si no le gusta su trabajo, no debería ser la que tuviera el contacto con el cliente o estar trabajando allí. De haber sabido que así sería no elijo este lugar.
I agree with the vast majority of comments, it is a lousy service, the advisory dial Andrea is despotic and arrogant towards the client where she has no idea of her role, if she does not like her job, she should not be the one in contact with the customer or be working there. If I had known that it would be so, I would not choose this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia en cuanto a este taller mi carro lo dejaron sin ni una gota de gasolina. Y resulta que ellos no saben en cuanto a eso cuando yo se muy bien lo que traia y nada que se hacen responsables Pero en fin. me lo están entregando con piesas faltantes cuando pues ellos me lo tienen que entregar con las piesas con las que el carro llegó y el carro me lo entan entregando incompleto nada recomendable al menos yo estoy teniendo una super mala experiencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio de pesima y mala calidad . Fui atendido por el Sr. Daniel Navarro un experto en su atención pero nada profesional en cuanto a su servicio. En primera antes de salir revise los líquidos de limpieza y sanitizacion que traía y faltaba uno fue a buscarlo y entro de afuera del establecimiento, segundo le mencione que mi cofre estaba manchado con algún liquido que le habían puesto, cabe mencionar que mi percance fue en la facia trasera. Ahora resulta que como no es el punto donde se tenia que trabajar no se quieren hacer responsables. Tercero la tolva delantera de abajo del motor yo la traía en la cajuela ese mismo día más tarde la busque y no estaba y ahora ellos están biendo en sus cámaras que fue lo que paso. Con el choque se rompió la tabla de la cajuela me dieron un vale y haber cuando la tienen. Cuarto checando su pésimo servicio y su mala atención ya que marque al número y solo me traian a puras vueltas y laverdad su pésimo seguimiento para con los clientes da mucho que desear ya que mi aseguradora GNP me mando a ese taller por que ellos lo catalogan como PREMIUM.
A terrible service and poor quality. I was attended by Mr. Daniel Navarro, an expert in his care but not very professional in terms of his service. First before leaving I checked the cleaning and sanitizing fluids that I brought and one was missing, I went to look for it and entered from outside the establishment, second I mentioned that my chest was stained with some liquid that they had put on it, it is worth mentioning that my mishap was in the rear face. Now it turns out that since it is not the point where they had to work they do not want to be held responsible. Third the front hopper from under the engine I brought it in the trunk later that day I looked for it and it was not there and now they are looking at their cameras, what happened. With the crash the trunk board broke they gave me a voucher and have it when they have it. Fourth, checking their lousy service and their bad attention since I dialed the number and they only brought me back and forth and the truth is their lousy follow-up with clients gives much to be desired since my GNP insurer sent me to that workshop because they classified it as PREMIUM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio me entregaron mi carro sin placa, sin alfombra y cubre llantas. Me mando GNP ahi y si pueden eviten el lugar. Al principio dijeron que iban a hacer el cambio de piezas y que por eso se estaba tardando. Mi carro estaba manchado y ademas no le pegaron los emblemas. Pésima atención además la chica de facturación riendose de mi molestia que tenia.
EVITEN EL LUGAR PASE MUY MAL MOMENTO
Terrible service they gave me my car without a plate, without carpet and tire covers. GNP sent me there and if you can avoid the place. At first they said they were going to change parts and that's why it was taking a while. My car was stained and also the emblems were not glued. Terrible attention also the billing girl laughing at my annoyance that I had.
