★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor taller que me ha tocado por parte de una aseguradora, trabajo mal hecho y tiempo muy largo. Espero no me vuelva a tocar. Ademas el encargado del taller llena la hoja de la calificacion que le damos (la que analiza la aseguradora para checar el trabajo de sus talleres afiliados) porque sabia que yo los calificaria de pesimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi caso lleva más de 5 semanas y aún no se resuelve, era sencillo, mi ajustador solicitó cambio de pieza, en mi caso una facia trasera, lleve el coche e hicieron su expediente y lo enviaron, pasaron días tal vez un par de semanas y me llamaron q llevara el coche, lo lleve y me informan q solo repintarian la pieza a lo cual me negué, pidieron días para revisarlo con la aseguradora, pasaron otros tantos días y me llaman q llego la pieza, lleve el coche y un día después me dicen q la pieza está dañada y tendrían q pedir el cambio por una en perfecto estado, paso así una semana y hasta q llame me dicen q no saben el estatus de la pieza de cambio y por lo tanto mi coche sigue tal cual lo deje... Ya veremos en q termina, por ahora mal servicio, mala organización y falta de seguimiento, necesitan un buen administrador en ese lugar...

We'll see where it ends, for now bad service, bad organization and lack of follow-up, they need a good administrator in that place ...
