E	Emily Shields on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NUNCA lleven sus bicicletas ahí, ponen en riesgo su vida. Mi bicicleta a los 200 m del local, sobre la avenida Cafetales se desarmó en 3 partes. La dirección NO fue ajustada y revisada (tras contratar un servicio completo) provocando que a la mitad de la avenida, me quedara con la bici desarmada, corrí con suerte y no me atropellaron. Regresé a reclamar y nadie de las 3 personas ahí, me pudo ofrecer una disculpa sobre el error que me pudo haber costado la vida. LOS PEORES NEVER take your bicycles there, they put your life at risk. My bicycle at 200 m from the premises, on Cafetales avenue, was dismantled into 3 parts. The address was NOT adjusted and revised (after hiring a full service) causing that in the middle of the avenue, I kept the bike disarmed, I ran with luck and they did not run me over. I returned to complain and none of the 3 people there could offer me an apology for the mistake that could have cost me my life. THE WORST

Su ubicación es excelente, no hay mucho tráfico y se puede estacionar cerca, no tiene estacionamiento propio. Very good attention. Reliable, honest, attentive and fast. It does not have many accessories but the repairs are good and at a price. Its location is excellent, there is not much traffic and you can park nearby, it does not have its own parking lot.

Reconozco que el señor Juan tenía un buen carisma. Pero hace poco llevé mi bici la verdad me decepcionó ya no ver al señor Juan, ni ver a si hijo. Llevaba años llevando mi bici con ellos porque jamás me habían fallado. Desconozco las circunstancias por las cual Juan y su hijo ya no están dejo un buen comentario por ellos. Son el mejor taller de bicis sigan así. I honestly think that the new man who is here has no way to sell, you ask him about something and he even bothers to attend you. I recognize that Mr. Juan had a good charisma. But recently I took my bike, the truth was I was disappointed not to see Mr. Juan, or to see his son. I had been taking my bike with them for years because they had never failed me. I do not know the circumstances for which Juan and his son are no longer leaving a good comment for them. They are the best bike workshop, keep it up.

Me pareció una experiencia muy agradable,los trabajadores son muy amables, y me dejaron mi bici como nueva. Exelente trabajo. Había ido a un taller que está más enfrente (por el verificentro) y no me gustó la atención,los precios eran más baratos pero los accesorios de muy mala calidad,aparte los trabajadores de allá me atendieron con muy malas ganas,se distraían viendo la tele,etc.. Y llegué a Bici express a solucionar todos mis problemas,muy recomendable??
