Cuando entregan no armaron la estructura que pedí y me cobraron el resto, al abrir la estructura estaba toda mal pintada, y mal hecha no se podía armar. Les hable y por ser de confianza de mi vecino accedí a qué se llevarán la estructura para arreglarla pero no me devolvieron el anticipo, me dijeron que estaría lista en 2 días, ha pasado una semana de eso. Les hablo a cada rato y el dueño solo hecha mentiras del trabajo que solo le falta un poco, que ya la tiene lista y así. Un día antes de la entrega yo fui por ella por el me dijo que ya la tenía lista llegué al establecimiento y la estructura no estaba ni empezada ya a dos semanas de haberme pedido el anticipo. Terrible service, they told me that the product would be ready in 5 days, they took 3 weeks to deliver it and they had my advance. When they delivered they did not assemble the structure that I asked for and they charged me the rest, when opening the structure it was all badly painted, and badly made it could not be assembled. I spoke to them and being trusted by my neighbor I agreed to what they will take the structure to fix it but they did not return the advance, they told me it would be ready in 2 days, a week of that has passed. I talk to them all the time and the owner only makes lies about the job that he only needs a little, that he already has it ready and so on. One day before the delivery I went to get it for him, he told me that he had it ready, I arrived at the establishment and the structure was not even started two weeks after asking for the advance.
