★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es literal un asco de taller. No cumplen su palabra, tiempo y forma. Dejan muchos problemas. Cuando intentas aclarar alguna falla no responden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala administración, no saben lo que es atención al cliente. Las recepcionistas son atentas y se nota la experiencia de los mecánicos, pero no son nada profesionales. No atienden en tiempo y forma. De esos talleres que te la devuelven peor de lo que la dejaste, cuidado con su gasolina.
Bad management, they don't know what customer service is. The receptionists are attentive and the experience of the mechanics is noticed, but they are not professional at all. They do not attend in time and form. Of those workshops that give it back worse than you left it, watch your gas.

Dan opciones de servicio en base a la operación de las motocicletas obteniendo una buena opinión.

Lo malo es que no saben administrar, como por ejemplo; te dicen que te van habar si tú servicio necesita algo extra o cuando la motocicleta está lista, pero no lo hacen.
A mí me dieron un refacción equivocada la regrese y prometieron hablarme cuando la tuvieran y han pasado meses y nunca me hablaron.

The bad thing is that they don't know how to administer, as for example; They tell you that they will talk to you if your service needs something extra or when the motorcycle is ready, but they don't.
They gave me a wrong repair, I returned it and promised to talk to me when they had it and it's been months and they never talked to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me intentaron vender un carburador cuando diciendome que ya no tenía arreglo xk las juntas estaban en mal estado y derramaba gasolina, que no me garantizaban el servicio correctivo y que era mejor uno nuevo cuando el mío tiene 6 meses de salido de agencia, era más fácil decir que sus técnicos no están capacitados para poder darle el servicio a un carburador de manera correcta.
Yo tengo conocimientos sobre mecánica la flauta de tiempo y herramientas me impiden hacer los servicios a mi moto pero ahora creo que es mejor hacerlo yo mis.o xk muchos te cobran sin saber hacer las cosas bien. Ahora me pongo a pensar en toda la gente que deja sus motos y solo les cobran montos excesivos con tal de vender...
