★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verdaderamente un fiasco, pesimo servicio de taller de reparacion, lleve una hidro-lavadora TRUPER a revisión el 13 de Septiembre y para el lunes 20 aun no tenian el presupuesto, no responden los telefonos y se escondieron bajo el pretexto que el mecanico no responde....finalmente hoy 23 de septiembre me regresaron la hidro-lavadora. Busquen otro taller o de plano mejor intenten reparar sus equipos, hay varios videos tutoriales en Youtube. No entiendo esta actitud tan abusiva en plena crisis economica y que traten con la punta del pie a los clientes.
 Truly a fiasco, terrible repair shop service, I took a TRUPER hydro-washing machine for review on September 13 and by Monday 20 they still did not have the budget, they did not answer the phones and they hid under the pretext that the mechanic did not respond. ... finally today, September 23, the hydro-washing machine was returned to me. Find another workshop or better try to repair your equipment, there are several tutorial videos on YouTube. I do not understand this abusive attitude in the middle of the economic crisis and that they treat customers with the tip of their feet.
