Es una familia que se dedica a atender el taller, la hija muy atenta recibe los pedidos y anota los problemas de los aparatos y el hijo junto con el padre arreglan los aparatos. El tiempo de entrega es puntual, sin queja, el día que ofrecen terminar ese día entregan el aparato. El único detalle es la estacionada para bajar o subir aparatos pues está sobre la 21 de Chuburna y es un poco complicado no estorbar en tl tráfico para bajar o subir cosas pues está justo en un paso peatonal, hay dos calles a unos metros donde uno puede estacionarse sin problema y llevar el aparato si no pesa mucho. Arreglan todo tipo de ventiladores y hornos de microondas.
