It took 2 months from the accident I had to give me a Sita for valuation, they only contact you by WhatsApp and it is one that has to be insisting, after the valuation it took 3 weeks to report to the insurer, already confirmed by the insurer that The parts were there, they did not deign to call me, I had to insist and 4 months later they went to the workshop, they changed the marked part and they did a good job but they wanted to return it to me with a good one with heels and peeling that my vehicle did not have, it is a date that they do not want accept and do not resolve what will happen to my vehicle. I do NOT recommend it at all.

Two months with my car and they call me to tell me that it does not start. In two months they could not turn it on even once to prevent it from running down or checking if the fuel flow to the engine had not been cut off. They give a lot of runs. They answer when they want. They hang up the phone and do not give you exact or approximate dates. Every time I learned something about my car it was because I was insisting. I write this even without knowing the diagnosis of my car. Terrible place. Day 3 since they told me my car won't start. They still do not know why it does not turn on. This workshop does not fix anything but aesthetic things. They don't know how to tell you who has the car. They don't follow up on it and I just want my vehicle to be delivered to me. Qualitas should terminate their contract with this workshop. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. No professionalism. Update: two months later they are still with my car. They don't want to give it back to me, they don't repair it and they don't answer me, they have my car "hijacked" and I'm already afraid that they have taken parts from it. I am tired of this workshop and Qualitas. This warrants complaint in PROFECO. Update January 2/2022: 4 months later they delivered my car. They did not change the rider's tire, which was the one that had suffered the damage from my crash, they did not leave the battery properly connected and they did not finish assembling the covers and other accessories that they took from the car to repair it. And not to mention that they gave it to me unwashed. I am sure you saw this review and communicated but if I did not mention the tire and other details, they would not even contact me. The same in short, I do not recommend it.
