★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deje mi carro el lunes, me pidieron que regresara el jueves por él. Al volver en lugar de cambiar dos piezas como se había acordado solo se cambio una. El carro seguía con marcas del choque y estaba marcado como listo. Me pidieron que volviera otro día. Nunca contestan el teléfono. Nunca responden, tengo que ir en persona para adivinar si esta listo. Aunque no haya clientes en el taller jamas te atienden, solo hay una persona que hace todo y siempre esta ocupada, las demás solo te dicen que esperes a esa persona. Pésimo servicio.
I left my car on Monday, they asked me to come back on Thursday for it. When returning, instead of changing two pieces as had been agreed, only one was changed. The car still had marks from the crash and was marked as ready. They asked me to come back another day. They never answer the phone. They never respond, I have to go in person to find out if it's ready. Although there are no customers in the workshop, they never attend to you, there is only one person who does everything and is always busy, the others just tell you to wait for that person. Terrible service.
