Long post but worth it for something as important. Had plans to visit MX from AZ. Two front tires are burning the inside of the tread and needed to be swapped with rear tires (tires only a year old) and an alignment. Also brakes are having problems which I wanted looked at as they would give me the sensation of a drag and then slip whenever pressing the pedal. After spending an hour looking at Googles rating system, I decided on calling the best rated company Taller Felix. Calling a few days in advance I asked about the procedure if I needed an appointment which I didn't need. They also recognized my Spanish wasn't that great and offered to speak to me in English. I explained that I needed a tire rotation and alignment. They wouldn't give me a price over the phone which gave me even more pause but decided to take it there anyway. Showing up felt like being at a dealership back home. Very clean, sharp uniforms, well lit and appeared to follow strict safety procedures which was a surprise for MX. I left my car, and called twice to find out a status which the owner was out. I dropped off around 11:30-12:00. He called late in the afternoon around 4:00 to tell me of some other more serious issues that the vehicle has been having. Driving in HMO is worse than playing whack-a-mole but with your car trying to avoid pot holes the size of Meteor Crater. He confirmed with me that the vehicle had been shaking a lot so he gave me a price on the damage, and asked if I wanted have the work done, but it was an all day job. He explained the issue to me in detail and asked for me to make a decision, I told him that I would have to return for the work but for now do the alignment and rotate the tires. I had already priced this out back in Arizona, and because he's secretive about his pricing the only thing I will say about it is that it was less than 1/2 the price of what I would have paid in Tucson and that was with a coupon from the shopper newspaper back home. I am going to confirm his findings with another mechanic I know back home, but if it's correct I will be going back to have him do the complete job. I also really liked that the person I spoke to the week before recognized my voice and remembered that I called. It really gave that personal touch I would expect going into a five star auto repair store. Great job guys. And yes I'm putting this in English so you can attract more Americans like me to your business. Also if I find out that the estimate was incorrect (but I don't think it is based on my own experience with the vehicle and your explanation) I will also post that here. 2/17/2021. It's been over a year since I made this post. I only go to this mechanic. They have been amazing. I can't say enough things about this shop. Even better than places I've paid 10X more in the US... Great service and price.

Diagnosis was on target... Facility had an oversized alignment rack to accommodate my class A motorhome... Business was clean an organized. Staff was very professional...
