El trabajo en pintura es bueno pero la colocación de piezas armado y enderezadas es muy malo mi coche lo regrese 2 veces porque las piezas estaban desalineadas la cajuela no cerraba siendo que no había sido un golpe fuerte. La puerta estaba rota del golpe la siguieron dejando así pintaron molduras y plásticos que van en color negro (por no desarmar) y las tolvas las fijaron con las grapas viejas y colocaron tornillería que no llevaba dándole un aspecto horrible , al cambiar el retrovisor forzaron las tapas de las puertas dañando las grapas y las tapas no volvieron a cerrar bien dañaron el twitter y el retrovisor nunca quedó bien ! ( es el segundo siniestro con maphre y si que bajo su calidad ) The response time was 15 days approx the deal with the staff is good. Me dicen que van a cambiar la pieza por nuevas y solo las pegan con kola loka o peor tantito me quieren entregar el vehículo con las piezas rotas cuándo según ellos habían cambiado las partes por nuevas. Pierdo más en estar dando vueltas y vueltas, NO RECOMIENDO SEGUROS MAPFRE POR LA CALIDAD DE SUS TALLERES.
