★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una experiencia muy mala, no tienen palabra, te dicen que el carro te lo entregan tal dia, y te dan fecha exacta y al llegar la fecha, salen con "no se que les paso a los de taller" y te entregan el carro la fecha que ellos quieren. Sinceramente no los recomiendo NO TIENEN PALABRA.
A very bad experience, they have no word, they tell you that the car is delivered to you that day, and they give you the exact date and when the date arrives, they leave with "I don't know what happened to the workshop" and they give you the car Date they want. I honestly do not recommend them DO NOT HAVE A WORD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay un seguimiento a los casos de los usuarios, te entregan a medias por el exceso de demanda de servicio y te proponen terminar cuando les lleguen las piezas faltantes, por lo que pueden pasar 2 o 3 meses y no resuelven.
There is no follow-up to the cases of the users, they give you half due to the excess demand for service and they propose you to finish when the missing parts arrive, so it can take 2 or 3 months and they do not resolve.
