★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atentos y serviciales, pero no prestan atención cuando se les comenta qué tipo de herramientas necesitan para hacer el trabajo encomendado. Tardaron de más quitando un porta filtro (aceite) porque lo hicieron con cinchos, cuando debe ser con dado y matraca. Se complicaron las cosas por no atender una sugerencia.
 Attentive and helpful, but they don't pay attention when told what kind of tools they need to get the job done. They took too long removing a filter holder (oil) because they did it with straps, when it should be with a socket and ratchet. Things got complicated by not answering a suggestion.
