Fui a qué me ayudaran con mi coche porque se revolucionaba solo, me dijeron que era la válvula IAC que podían limpiarla o reemplazarla, pedí que la reemplazarán también me habían comentado que podía facturar sin problema pague 1000 pesos de anticipo, dejé el coche y al día siguiente que fui a recogerlo y a pagar los 500 (+ 100 de gasolina) que restaban y a facturar ocurre que por pagar con tarjeta te cobran 6% más y sentí que querían que a fuerza pagará con efectivo porque hasta me dijeron que me convenía ir a sacar dinero, finalmente les pague con tarjeta incluyendo ese 6% (que quien me atendió me quería cobrar 640 cuando en realidad iban a ser 636, sé que son 4 pesos, pero de cualquier forma me negué y pedí que le modificará a los 636 que deberían ser), cuando pedí factura me dijeron que sí la quería me iban a cobrar 16% más... Al final ya la factura no la solicité, me pareció un completo robo. Y para colmo mi coche no quedó como estaba antes de que empezará a revolicionarse, ahora si no se le acelera cuando esta detenido se le bajan las revoluciones y se apaga lo que causa conflicto a la hora de estacionarlo o en semáforos en rojo,y cuesta volverlo a prender (no porque no se le acelere, simplente no prende hasta después de dejarlo mucho rato apagado), me dijeron que le urgía (me lo remarcaron muchas veces en ese momento, pero no tenia el dinero ni las ganas ya de dejarlo ahí sin probar cómo había quedado) la afinación y el cambio de una manguera. Yo confíe en ellos y me sentí timada porque le arreglaron algo y me salió peor la solución que el problema. Fue una lástima porque realmente pensaba en hacer la afinación ahí y tenerlos como mis mecánicos de cabecera, pero si te solucionan algo y modifican otra cosa para que regreses y les pagues más... Acaban de perder a una cliente, que por cierto, olvide pedirles mi pieza cambiada (al limpiarla puede seguir funcionando) y no salio por ellos mismos el darmela, así que tampoco sé si me cambiaron algo o no ya que no me mostraron ni caja, ni nota de la pieza ni mi antigua pieza, yo por error les comentaba que era mi primer coche y la primera vez que iba al mecánico... Siento que se aprovecharon de ello.

It was a shame because I really thought about doing the tuning there and having them as my head mechanics, but if they solve something for you and modify something else so that you can come back and pay them more ... They just lost a client, which by the way, I forgot I asked them for my changed part (when cleaning it, it can continue to work) and they did not give it to me themselves, so I do not know if they changed anything or not since they did not show me a box, a note of the part or my old part I was telling them that it was my first car and the first time I went to the mechanic ... I feel like they took advantage of it.
