★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal.servicio mande mi coche a servicio general y no le cambiaron las bujías solo llenaron niveles, no lavaron ni el motor carísimo cobraron por que era urgente.
Ahorrense problemas pésimo y además se enojaron cuando reclame.
Bad service sent my car to general service and the spark plugs were not changed, they only filled levels, they did not wash or the expensive engine charged because it was urgent.
Save yourself bad problems and also get angry when you claim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención, precios justos, si no tienen mucho trabajo, llevas tu carro temprano y por la tarde ya lo tienen listo, buena ubicación, excelentes instalaciones y por si el arreglo que tengan que hacerle a tu auto es rápido tienen un área de espera dónde puedes estar cómodo.
Good attention, fair prices, if they don't have a lot of work, you take your car early and in the afternoon they have it ready, good location, excellent facilities and in case the repair they have to make to your car is fast they have a waiting area where you can be comfortable.

Llegué con un problema de calentamiento y se tardaron 3 días pero lo arreglaron, así que decidí regresar con ellos pero quedaban en hablarme y no lo hacían y me cobraron 2 composturas que no me hicieron. Mala onda porque tienen un letrero que dice que quieren cambiar la impresión de los mecánicos, pero yo salí estafado de un problema de olor a gasolina y otro del tablero que me cobraron pero no compusieron. Son muy amables pero a mí me fue mal con ellos y se tardaron muchos días, semanas con mi coche, hasta un mes y para nada. Hasta me querían vender un coche de uno de sus clientes. Yo soy muy paciente pero la verdad sí abusaron de mi confianza. Mucho cuidado.
Very bad. I arrived with a heating problem and it took 3 days but they fixed it, so I decided to go back with them but they were talking to me and they did not do it and they charged me 2 repairs that they did not do to me. Bad wave because they have a sign that says they want to change the impression of the mechanics, but I got scammed from a gasoline smell problem and another from the board that charged me but did not compose. They are very kind but I went wrong with them and it took many days, weeks with my car, up to a month and nothing. They even wanted to sell me a car from one of their clients. I am very patient but the truth yes abused my confidence. Great care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible atención, incluso la recepcionista da comentarios hostiles. Costos elevadisimos. No te dan certeza de lo que hacen a tu automóvil y ni de las piezas que utilizan. Te dicen que lo tienen un día para cierta hora, lo entregan cuando quieren. La peor experiencia en talleres mecánicos de mi vida.
Terrible attention, even the receptionist gives hostile comments. Very high costs. They do not give you certainty what they do to your car and what parts they use. They tell you that they have it one day for a certain time, they deliver it when they want. The worst auto shop experience of my life.
