★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Francamente esperaba mucho más de este lugar. Me dieron ciertas respuestas qué tampoco esperaba después de darle una vuelta de prueba después del servicio. No le borraron los mensajes de la computadora y prometieron regresarme la llamada para hacerlo y nunca sucedió. Ni hablar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la segunda vez que los visitó, la primera vez me pareció bien, en esta ocasión 26/06/19, me habían dicho una cantidad y cuando terminaron mi moto fue otra más alta, no vi que le hicieran nada!..solo el cambio de aceite y la lavada, NO te dan una hoja como en las agencias que te diga y certifique lo que le hicieron a tu moto, ni anticongelante, ni aire en las llantas, ni cambio o limpieza de filtro, ni bujia, ni frenos, ni lubricación, ni apriete en carrocería, ni la marca de aceite ni la cantidad, en otro taller hasta me dieron lo que sobro, una verdadera desorganización, nada profesionales!!..y esta es otra administración la primera era mejor. RECOMIENDO A KEEWAY QUE SE FIJE BIEN A QUIEN CERTIFICA, YO ESTOY POR LA GARANTÍA, PERO MUY DECEPCIONADO DE ESTOS CUATES, ES UN FRAUDE!!

I RECOMMEND THAT KEEWAY IS FIXED WELL TO CERTIFY, I AM FOR THE WARRANTY, BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED OF THESE CUATES, IT IS A FRAUD !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve unas moto de baja cilindrada, el personal al principio con excelente atención diciendo que me mandarían WhatsApp con foto de paso a paso del servicio hecho, NUNCA RECIBÍ NADA DE NADA, la ingrese por un cambio de clutch, resulta que tardaron tres semanas en entregarmela, por que no encontraban la pieza, a la segunda semana harto ya de sus escusas decidí buscar la pieza por mi propia cuenta, me tarde dos horas en dar con ella. La lleve al taller y se tardaron una semana en ponercelo, PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Me cobraron más de $1000 solo por ponerle una pieza a una moto de baja cilindrada) Jamás me dieron un formato con el cual se respalda el trabajo que me realizarían (orden de trabajo). Y al final me la dejaron caer con un excesivo costo cuando en un principio me dijeron que no pasaba de $800 ya con piezas y servicio, mentirosos, flojos e irresponsables. Por cierto, me atendió un tal David... Me dijo ser el dueño. Dejen sus comentarios... Quizá solo fue un pesimo trabajador y no Gears Garage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada recomendado. La lleve por una falla y me la lleve con la misma falla. Te dicen que te informaran del procedimiento que le realizarán para que des el visto bueno, pues no fue así, simplemente me llamaron para avisarme cuando podía recoger mi unidad y en la llamada les pregunto que le hicieron y comentan que asentaron válvulas y cambiaron sellos de válvulas (mi moto sacaba humo al encender) y el monto a pagar. La regreso a garantía por que el problema continua y me dicen "es normal que saque humo", posteriormente me entero (la lleve a otro taller que si resolvió el problema rápidamente) que no hicieron nada de lo que me comentaron en la llamada, simplemente lavaron en carburador y calibrado válvulas por la fabulosa cantidad de $1800.
