★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al momento que llegas (aun con cita) te piden las llaves de tu vehículo y que tomes asiento sin decirte nada mas, después de unos 15 minutos sin saber nada, se te acerca alguien para que firmes una hoja que hasta que no la ves no entiendes que es, es la hoja de revisión de tu vehículo(en ningún momento dijeron que lo revisarían y además lo revisaron sin mi consentimiento además de que no mencionaron en ningún momento que lo revisarían ni nada). Los empleados se ve que están en su rollo, la mayoría jóvenes haciendo bromas y viendo el celular. El dueño de esta empresa debería invertir mas en enseñarle a sus empleados a como tratar a un cliente por que para mi fue una mala experiencia, en agencias automotrices te piden acompañar a quien revisa tu auto para verificar que lo que pone en la hoja esta bien, ademas que el trato es profesional, aquí no lo fue. De los mecanicos no tengo queja ellos hacen su chamba, pero para los que estan en la oficina brindan un pésimo servicio, jamás volveré a llevar mi vehículo a este sitio.

I have no complaints about the mechanics, they do their job, but for those who are in the office they provide a terrible service, I will never take my vehicle to this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy tardado y no dan información real del porque. Al inicio la atención y servicio es bueno, pero al tener alguna situación complicada para el servicio, no saben que hacer con el cliente. Mucho que mejorar en esas situaciones que aunque dependen de terceros ellos deben saber manejar. Tres horas y media y aún no salgo de un cambio de balatas delanteras, tambor derecho y cilindro trasero. Haber hasta qué hora saldré. Perdí mi día de trabajo.
