★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Me pidieron un día para diagnosticar mi auto y se los dejé de viernes para sábado. Pasamos a ver y le habían hecho un trabajo que no había pedido, no me decían el diagnóstico ni tenían un presupuesto.
2. Quedaron de regresarme la llamada y nunca contestaron mis llamadas.
3. Cuando llegué me dijeron que no estaba el dueño "Israel", y el chavo que estaba me hizo esperar hasta atender a otro cliente, sólo para decirme: pasa a la oficina con Israel (o sea se estaba escondiendo del cliente que estaba ahí cuando yo llegué)
4. Cuando pasé estaba agachado y que según el diagnóstico me lo daría el lunes, cuando en ese momento me dió el diagnóstico (o sea ya tenía el diagnóstico y no quiso avisarme) y mi carro hasta guardado estaba y apenas eran las 16h (cuando cierran a las 19h).
5. Rompieron una pieza del auto que les dije como usar a la hora de encender el carro,y dijeron que no habían sido ellos, pero yo le había tomado fotos a mi auto, de todos lados, antes de dejárselo; una pieza que "por ahí tenían más", pero no quiso buscarla para reemplazar la que me habían roto.
6. Le pagué el "diagnóstico" pero con tal de no seguir escuchando lo que me molestaba del "trabajo", el dueño me regresó el dinero. Todavía le dije que me hubiera avisado que no lo iba a revisar y se lo dejaba otro día.
Se me hizo muy poco ético su trabajo, hecho con los pies, muy flojos para revisar los autos y sin ganas de trabajar ????

4. When I passed I was crouched and that according to the diagnosis he would give it to me on Monday, when at that moment he gave me the diagnosis (that is, he already had the diagnosis and did not want to notify me) and my car was stored until it was and it was barely 4:00 p.m. (when They close at 7pm).
5. They broke a piece of the car that I told them how to use when starting the car, and they said it was not them, but I had taken pictures of my car, from all sides, before letting them; a piece that "out there had more", but he did not want to look for it to replace the one that had been broken.
6. I paid for the "diagnosis" but as long as I didn't keep listening to what bothered me about "work", the owner returned the money to me. I still told him that he would have told me that he was not going to review it and that he would leave it another day.
His work made me very unethical, done with my feet, too lazy to check cars and not wanting to work ????
