Terrible customer service, they never communicated to give status of my car and even when I called them they did not give me adequate attention.

R	Roberto Chacón Duarte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de pintura es regular-bueno (la carrocería quedó aceptable, pero una de las calaveras que pusieron no era nueva, tenía incluso un raspón) , pero el servicio al cliente es bastante malo. La fecha de entrega de mi carro fue una semana después de lo prometido, me avisaron que pasara por mi carro 40 minutos antes de que cerraran, por lo que tuve que dejar de hacer lo que estaba haciendo para ir antes de que cerraran. La mayoría de las llamadas que tuvimos fui yo quien las hizo, esto porque pasaban los días de la promesa de entrega y jamás se comunicaron conmigo. El servicio fue por parte de una aseguradora, y ellos me llamaron para pedirme 600 más por arreglar algo que era parte del choque, obviamente no acepté y al final de igual manera lo repararon. Recomiendo este taller solo si no tienen prisa. The paint service is fair-good (the bodywork was acceptable, but one of the skulls they put on was not new, it even had a scratch on it), but the customer service is pretty bad. The delivery date for my car was a week later than promised, they told me to stop by my car 40 minutes before they closed, so I had to stop what I was doing to go before they closed. Most of the calls we had I was the one who made them, this because the days of the promise of delivery passed and they never communicated with me. The service was provided by an insurance company, and they called me to ask me for 600 more to fix something that was part of the crash, obviously I did not accept and in the end they repaired it anyway. I recommend this workshop only if you are not in a rush.

M	Marianela Acosta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO RECOMENDADO. Me pusieron un espejo dañado y sucio por dentro y tornillo debajo de la puerta no lo pudieron apretar y terminaron pegándolo con un silicón . Muy mala comunicación entre los trabajares de ahí. Tardaron 15 dias en conseguirme la pieza y al yo no aceptar la pieza dañada que me habían puesto, consiguieron el espejo nuevo en 30 min o menos. recomiendo NO IR A ESTE TALLER ... pero si van, porfavor verifiquen bien el trabajo y las piezas que les instalan. NOT RECOMMENDED. They put a damaged and dirty mirror inside and a screw under the door could not tighten it and they ended up gluing it with a silicone. Very bad communication between the workers there. It took them 15 days to get the part and since I did not accept the damaged part they had put on, they got the new mirror in 30 min or less. I recommend NOT GOING TO THIS WORKSHOP ... but if you go, please check the work and the parts that are installed.
A	Armida Gutierrez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal, trabajan muy lento, chocaron a una amiga y x lo q se ve se van a tardar mucho p entregarle su vehículo, el seguro que está respondiendo x el choque es AXA ASI q no recomiendo ese seguro no el q vende Banamex xq yo en lo personal tuve muy mala experiencia con el mismo Very badly, they work very slowly, they hit a friend and from what you can see it will take a long time to deliver her vehicle, the insurance that is responding to the crash is AXA SO I do not recommend that insurance, not the one that Banamex sells because I in Personally, I had a very bad experience with it.
