★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente no vuelvo a ir más de un mes para hacerte la entrega y darte cuenta k algunas partes no te cambiaron .. me cobraron un servicio de lavado de asientos pulida y teflón en pintura y ni sikiera aspiraron bien los asientos toda la tierra a simpre vista muy molesto me fuí ni ganas de volver. Ni una estrella se merecen .
 Definitely I will not go again for more than a month to make the delivery to you and realize that some parts have not been changed .. they charged me for a polished seat washing service and Teflon paint and they did not even vacuum the seats well all the land at a glance very upset I left nor did I want to return. They don't even deserve a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el peor servicio que he recibido al reparar mi auto. Tatdaron tres meses en arreglar una simple pieza, son impuntuales y quedan mal constantemente. Sus teléfonos no funcionan, y los que funcionan jamás contestan. Definitivamente el taller menos profesional que existe, trabajan de forma casual y descuidada. No lo recomiendo a NADIE.
It is the worst service I have received when repairing my car. They took three months to fix a simple piece, they are unpunctual and constantly look bad. Their phones don't work, and the ones that work never answer. Definitely the least professional workshop that exists, they work casually and carelessly. I do not recommend to anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su atención muy buena, su servicio también solo un comentario. Entregan los autos muuuuy sucios y lo peor por adentro que nada tienen que hacer allí. Restos de pulimento por dónde sea. Muy mal detallado.
Your very good attention, your service also just a comment. They deliver the very dirty cars and the worst thing inside is that they have nothing to do there. Remains of polish wherever. Very poorly detailed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad el resultado fue muy bueno, atendieron a mi carro de un "raspón" en ambas puertas del lado del chofer y tardaron 4 días en entregarlo. Mi temor era la tardanza pero checando el link que me dieron ví el proceso de trabajo que le hicieron al coche.
Aún con esto creo que pueden mejorar en su logística, ya que cuando entregué nadie se presenta y no te explican el proceso y eso sumaria puntos a un excelente servicio. Yo supe darle seguimiento a mi coche por el link pero fue por mera intuición no porque me lo sugirieran en la oficina, también esos detalles sumarían a un excelente trato al cliente.
El trabajo quedó muy bien y si lo recomendaría.
The truth is that the result was very good, they treated my car for a "scratch" on both doors on the driver's side and it took 4 days to deliver it. My fear was the delay but checking the link they gave me I saw the work process they did to the car.
Even with this, I think they can improve their logistics, since when I delivered nobody shows up and they don't explain the process to you and that would add points to an excellent service. I knew how to track my car through the link but it was by mere intuition not because it was suggested to me in the office, those details would also add up to excellent customer service.
The work was very good and I would recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y pésimo trabajo. El primer día me dijeron que estaría lista a más tardar en 2 días y me la entregaron 3 semanas después. Durante ese tiempo fui más de 3 veces para ver cómo iba la reparación (por qué jamas me avisaron si ya estaba lista o no y no contestaban su teléfono), y no quedaba al 100%, dejando mal los acabados de pintura de la facia trasera, y los detalles eran muy notorios.
