★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi experiencia con ellos la atención al cliente es lo que menos destacó, el compromiso de entrega a tiempo prácticamente no es una prioridad o algún propósito de la empresa y en cuanto a la fina atención a los detalles dejó un poco de que hablar. Aunque me respondieron favorablemente tuvo un ligero rayón causado allí.
In my experience with them, customer service is the least highlighted, the commitment to delivery on time is practically not a priority or some purpose of the company and in terms of fine attention to detail left a little to talk about. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui a llevar mi camioneta a servicio y fui la primera en llegar, detrás de mi llegaron 3 carros y los atendieron primero que a mí, el asesor que me tocó estaba campante en la PC y yo esperando en el santo sol, la atención. Además montaron el tablero de mi camioneta en el servicio y me dijeron que pasara a hablar con la gerente.... qué ella lo debió acercarse a mi para darme una explicación o garantía por si algo se le daña ???
Pésimo servicio ?

They also mounted the dashboard of my truck in the service and told me to come and talk to the manager .... she should have approached me to give me an explanation or guarantee in case something is damaged ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal manejo de sus procesos, no entienden el tema respecto a lo que es SERVICIO AL CLIENTE, todos los que realizan una inversión en un vehículo Hyundai en Villahermosa corren el riesgo de tener una mala atención Post-Venta, ya no todos se excusan con que sus trabajadores no tienen comunicación interna, todo es informal. Ya desde el Febrero 2019 reporte varias problemas con mi vehículo, y me dieron respuesta luego de que el tiempo de garantía había transcurrido para las partes en cuestión. No recomiendo el servicio Post-Venta de Cruces Hyundai. Adicional los precios de sus servicios son muy altos y no cumplen con los tiempos de entrega.

Resumen.. Intentaron cumplir.. Pero el mal trabajo en conjunto se reflejo en la falla inmediata en la unidad.. Se quedo sin frenos.. Caja con ruidos extraños.. Piezas visiblemente inexistente.. En Resumen termine en otro taller
