★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí apoyo para un servicio de fontanería, llegaron puntuales, pero me cobraron caro y todo quedó mal. La fuga que cerraron se abrió al día siguiente y al destapar la coledara de mi regadera le hicieron un hoyo y quedó una nueva fuga. En fin, al decirle al encargado sobre los percances (que ya había venido a arreglar otro fontanero) me dijo que le debí haber avisado antes. En general fueron amables pero cualquiera con algo de sentido de servicio al cliente hubiera ofrecido alguna opción. ?
I asked for support for a plumbing service, they arrived on time, but they charged me dearly and everything was wrong. The leak they closed opened the next day and when they uncovered the collector of my shower they made a hole in it and a new leak remained. Anyway, when I told the manager about the mishaps (that another plumber had already come to fix it) he told me that I should have notified him earlier. They were generally friendly but anyone with any sense of customer service would have offered an option. ?
