El carro se quedó sin carga, lubricacion, enfriamiento, etc., en media carretera y no se hicieron responsables de su puerquero de trabajo, al reclamarles ni siquiera me dejaron hablar con el que hizo el trabajo ni con encargados.
 They changed parts that I didn't even ask to check and left the crankshaft pulley loose. The car was left without load, lubrication, cooling, etc., in the middle of the road and they were not responsible for their work pig, when they complained they did not even let me speak with the person who did the work or with managers.
