★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fueron amables, atentos. Y contestaron a todas mis preguntas. Solo que no me queda claro, si van a mandar el carro a depósito vehicular por perdida total, se tienen que quedar con accesorios o herramientas del coche??
They were friendly, attentive. And they answered all my questions. It is just not clear to me, if they are going to send the car to a vehicle depot for total loss, do they have to keep accessories or tools from the car? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve un par de siniestros en septiembre de 2019 de los cuales tuve que regresar con ellos en cuatro ocasiones, ya sea porque la pintura presentaba la falla denominada "cáscara de naranja" en otra ocasión presentaba partes la marca de la lija y la última, el tono de la pintura.
Era tan mal trabajo el que hicieron que el supervisor de zona de la aseguradora intervino, quedando como solución, el repintado, aún así tuve que regresar mi vehículo porque seguía presentando la "cáscara de naranja" y falta transparente.
En conclusión, si bien es cierto que con el repintado corrigieron la falta de uniformidad en la pintura, lo cierto también es que en algunas partes todavía les faltó pulir o se aprecia el esfume.
Hace tres semanas recogí mi vehículo, estoy en el periodo de garantía espero cuando menos la pintura sea de calidad y no tengo que regresar a reclamar una reparación de daños.
I had a couple of claims in September 2019, of which I had to return to them four times, either because the painting had the flaw called "orange peel", on another occasion it had parts with the brand of the sandpaper and the last one, the paint tone.
It was such a bad job that they made the insurer's area supervisor intervene, leaving the repainting as a solution, even so I had to return my vehicle because it still had the "orange peel" and a transparent lack.
In conclusion, although it is true that with the repainting they corrected the lack of uniformity in the painting, the truth is also that in some parts they still lacked polishing or the blur is appreciated.
Three weeks ago I picked up my vehicle, I am in the warranty period, at least I hope the paint is quality and I do not have to return to claim a damage repair.
