★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que el que atiendan tantos carros ocasiona que las cosas las hagan "al aventón" no son los peores, serían mi opción 9 para llevar un auto, y había leído que se roban cosas en el taller de tu auto y desafortunadamente lo comprobé. El trato es amable (eso es lo que me permitió darles una estrella)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un buen servicio de parte de todo el personal ya que son atentos y corteses. Además los costos que manejan no son caros sino están dentro del rango y hacen un trabajo muy profesional. Yo sí recomiendo este taller!
They have good service from all the staff as they are attentive and courteous. In addition, the costs they handle are not expensive but are within the range and they do a very professional job. I do recommend this workshop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me agrado para nada el servicio, cabe mencionar que entre al taller por parte de Qualitas, para empezar me dejaron gotas de pintura escurrido, no fueron puntuales en el tiempo de entrega, la pintura sigue demasiado porosa, marcaron una mano con pintura en la puerta, esto denota mucha falta de cuidado.
I did not like the service at all, it is worth mentioning that I entered the workshop by Qualitas, to begin with they left me drops of drained paint, they were not punctual in the delivery time, the paint is still too porous, they marked a hand with paint on the door, this denotes a lot of carelessness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La aseguradora me dio de opción este taller pero quedé arrepentido, por un golpe trasero en el cuál se rompió un poco la defensa, se sumió un poco la cajuela y por lo mismo quedó un poco descuadrada a la primer entrega solo "arreglaron" la defensa pero al montarla no la montaron bien y quedó mal puesta, pusieron mal una moldura cromada pero sin reparar la cajuela.
En el segundo reingreso para arreglar la sumida de la cajuela solo "arreglaron" la mitad de la abolladura.
En el tercer reingreso terminaron de reparar la abolladura en la cajuela y aún que les dije que la moldura de la cajuela estaba mal puesta, no la pusieron bien.
Decidí firmar de conforme para no seguir perdiendo tiempo y dinero, pese a que no hicieron nada por poner bien la moldura ni hacer que la cajuela quedará bien cuadrada además de romper una grapa de un plástico interior de la cajuela que ahora hace ruido al circular.
La igualación de tono de color en pintura me pareció excelente pero no así el terminado, se ven marcas de la borla.
Es una pena que aunque el personal es amable y se ve que tienen las instalaciones y herramientas adecuadas trabajen de esa forma no dejando bien el carro a la primera, teniendo que regresar dos veces más para medio terminarlo que por cierto la moldura cromada de la cajuela la volvieron a poner desalineada.
The insurance company gave me this workshop as an option but I was sorry, for a back blow in which the defense broke a little, the trunk sank a bit and for that reason it was a little out of square at the first delivery, they only "fixed" the defense But when they assembled it they did not mount it well and it was poorly placed, they put a chrome trim wrong but without repairing the trunk.
On the second re-entry to fix the trunk sag they only "fixed" half of the dent.
In the third re-entry they finished repairing the dent in the trunk and even though I told them that the trunk trim was incorrectly placed, they did not put it right.
I decided to agree to not continue wasting time and money, despite the fact that they did nothing to put the trim right or make the trunk look square in addition to breaking a staple of a plastic interior of the trunk that now makes noise when circulating.
The color tone matching in paint seemed excellent to me but not the finish, you can see marks from the tassel.
It is a shame that although the staff is friendly and you can see that they have the appropriate facilities and tools, they work that way, not leaving the car right the first time, having to return twice more to half finish it than by the way the chrome trim of the trunk they put it back out of alignment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Me entregaron después de 28 días. Una reparación de defensa y radiador, condensador y marco.
2. Cotizaron por demasiado sobreprecio varias piezas del auto. Fue hasta que les dije que yo misma las compraba que idearon repararlas en lugar de comprarlas.
3. Tuvo 2 semanas de evaluación y el día de la entrega el auto no estaba revisado y fallaba. Este hecho costó una pieza extra que no estaba en la cotización original. A pesar de ya haber tenido una evaluación de 2 semanas.
4. La pieza nueva de defensa tenía un golpe y simplemente lo ignoraron a pesar de que les comenté.
5. Dejaron la nota de lo que costó la recarga de gas para el AA y me cobraron $110 pesos más de lo costó la carga.
6. Me dejaban en visto en WhatsApp y era difícil que contestaran el teléfono.
7. Les pedí revisar una falla la cuál simplemente fue ignorada.
Fue una experiencia negligente y espero no tener que regresar ahí jamás.

2. Several parts of the car were quoted for too much overprice. It wasn't until I told them that I bought them myself that they decided to repair them instead of buying them.
3. It had 2 weeks of evaluation and on the day of delivery the car was not checked and it failed. This fact cost an extra piece that was not in the original quote. Despite having already had a 2 week evaluation.
4. The new fender piece had a bump and they just ignored it even though I told them about it.
5. They left a note of the cost of the gas refill for the AA and they charged me $110 pesos more than the cost of the refill.
6. They left me in seen on WhatsApp and it was difficult for them to answer the phone.
7. I asked them to review a bug which was simply ignored.
It was a careless experience and I hope I never have to go back there.
