Es el peor taller que conozco en guadalajara, tienen un pésimo servicio de atención al cliente, postergan muchísimo la entrega de los vehículos, cobran cosas sin sentido o te quieren cobrar cosas que no autorizaste, porfavor no lleven NUNCA su auto a este lugar!!

Buen servicio y atención del personal, desde el ingreso hasta la salida de mi auto. Llegue por un siniestro y el tiempo de respuesta del taller fue bueno. Ojo: el tiempo de entrega de refacciones en caso de ser requeridas es responsabilidad de la aseguradora. Para que lo tomen en cuenta, antes de calificar mal.

El peor servicio que puede haber en talleres, tardan meses en entregarte el coche y además te lo entregan incompleto y te le quitan piezas o las cambian por otras, es un asco de taller. Y les reclamas y se escusan con que es culpa de la aseguradora.

Tardaron casi tres meses en entregar mi carro por una inundación interna, me la entregaron con las llantas super bajas y no tenían siquiera para ponerle aire. Lo peor es que la entregaron con un problema de alineación diciendo que había un problema con el amortiguador, no se puede manejar y eso no lo tenia mi coche, estuvo parado casi toda la pandemia por lo que no era preexistente, pero ni el taller ni el seguro quiere responder por ello.
It took them almost three months to deliver my car due to an internal flood, they delivered it to me with the tires super low and they didn't even have enough air to put on it. The worst thing is that they delivered it with an alignment problem saying that there was a problem with the shock absorber, it cannot be handled and that was not my car, it was stopped for most of the pandemic so it was not pre-existing, but neither the workshop nor the insurance wants to answer for it.

No se merece, ni -1 estrella... Este "taller" debería de estar cerrado, arreglan mal los autos y entregan hasta 3 meses después.... (Osea la fecha no la respetan).. y cuando los entregan faltando cosas por arreglar Hasta me rompieron un faro,.. (esto deja mucho a pensar da mucha desconfianza ¿por que para que necesitan los autos ahí, si ni los arreglan.?... (Eso da mucho que decir pareciera que los necesitan para armar otros autos... ).. ya que al mío le movieron piezas que nisiquiera necesitaban arreglarse.. por eso digo que le quitan piezas..... (SUGERENCIA NO ELIJAN ESTE TALLER... )..Cuiden su patrimonio.
It doesn't deserve, not even -1 star... This "workshop" should be closed, they fix the cars wrong and deliver up to 3 months later... (I mean they don't respect the date)... and when they deliver them missing things to fix They even broke a headlight... (this leaves a lot to think about and gives a lot of distrust, why do they need the cars there, if they don't even fix them?... (That gives a lot to say, it seems that they need them to assemble other cars... ).. since they moved parts to mine that didn't even need to be fixed... that's why I say that they take away parts... (SUGGESTION DON'T CHOOSE THIS WORKSHOP... ).. Take care of your assets.

Pésimo el servicio, en una reparación sencilla me tardaron casi dos meses, fui por el y lo regrese porque quedó mal me quejé con el seguro Chubb de esto pero me tardaron una semana más, no te hablan para decirte cómo va, les marcas y te dicen que ya está armado y que queda el Viernes pero no es cierto, no se diga en la recepción y entrega de la unidad son muy lentos, te dejan esperando en el sol. Checa otras opciones antes de enviar a este taller. Parece como si te hacen un favor.
Terrible service, in a simple repair it took me almost two months, I went for it and returned it because it was bad I complained to the Chubb insurance about this but it took me another week, they do not talk to you to tell you how it is going, you mark them and you They say that it is already armed and that it remains on Friday but it is not true, do not say in the reception and delivery of the unit are very slow, they leave you waiting in the sun. Check out other options before submitting to this workshop. It seems like they're doing you a favor.

No cumplen con fechas de entrega, te postergan en varias ocasiones la entrega de tu vehículo dando escusas. No tienen profesionalismo, me querían entregar mi carro sin reparar cosas que estaban autorizadas y quedarse con las refacciones. Después de 3 meses de retraso no repararon todo el daño, quedando descuadrada la cajuela por el choque y la escusa era que no estaba presupuestado cuando el seguro si lo cubrió, me lleve mi carro por que al final no se iban a responsabilizar de hacer las cosas bien.
They do not meet delivery dates, they postpone the delivery of your vehicle on several occasions giving excuses. They have no professionalism, they wanted to give me my car without repairing things that were authorized and keep the spare parts. After 3 months of delay they did not repair all the damage, leaving the trunk out of square due to the crash and the excuse was that it was not budgeted when the insurance did cover it, I took my car because in the end they were not going to be responsible for making the things good.

I went there for the repairs as this shop was assigned to me by my insurance agent. It took around 2 weeks, they did a good job with 6 moths warranty.
