★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El vendedor que me vendió fue super distraído, la moto tardó 22 días en llegar, la factura me la entregó mal capturada, es su trabajo verificar que todo este en orden antes de la entrega. Además me aseguró que le cambiarían una llanta y resultó que nunca se la cambiaron, según porque no le quedaba la que yo llevé, puras mentiras. Y el casco de regalo super chafa de esos de 300 pesos (publicidad engañosa), hubiese elegido la sudadera. Una mala experiencia de compra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi moto a servicio y de regreso vibraba toda la moto y se escuchaba un cascabeleo. Al llegar me di cuenta de que le habían puesto otro aceite mucho más espeso del que lleva y en lugar de lubricante de cadenas habían utilizado aceite quemado, lo cuál me dejó hecha un desastre la moto y con apelmazamiento en el kit de arrastre. Llame al taller y me dijeron que me habían colocado ese aceite porque "no tenían otro", lo cuál tuvieron que al menos haberme notificado antes de realizar el servicio. Tuve que comprar otro aceite en otra agencia, y realizarle limpieza al kit de arrastre.
I took my motorcycle to service and on the way back the whole motorcycle vibrated and a rattle could be heard. Upon arrival I realized that they had put another oil much thicker than the one it has and instead of chain lubricant they had used burned oil, which left my bike a mess and with caking in the towing kit. I called the workshop and they told me that they had put that oil on me because "they didn't have another one", which they had to at least have notified me before performing the service. I had to buy another oil in another agency, and clean the drag kit.
