M	Manuel Osuna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entregan el vehiculo a tiempo, ponen piezas piratas, dejan todos los plasticos pintados por no empapelar bien y partes descuadradas. Evitende vueltas( yo regrese el vehiculo 3 veces) y dolores de cabeza. They do not deliver the vehicle on time, they put pirate parts, they leave all the plastic painted for not wallpapering well and parts that are out of square. Avoid turns (I returned the vehicle 3 times) and headaches.

Mazatlán cuenta con un Taller de más de 50 años en operación, bajo la supervisión de su fundador y propietario. Definitely the best in tin and paint. Mazatlán has a Workshop of more than 50 years in operation, under the supervision of its founder and owner.

No resuelven nada con las oficinas del seguro, le echan la bolita a uno para que haga las coordinaciones con ellos y no tienen ni la mínima atención para llamarte y ponerte al tanto de la reparación. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto! Además cuando entregan el coche te dicen que el trabajo tiene 1 mes de garantía y si les haces una observación se hacen tontos y buscan la manera de no resolverte nada. Logrando que uno lo resuelva por su propia cuenta con tal de no perder más tiempo lidiando con ellos. Y para terminar me rayaron el coche estando en su taller durante la reparación y no se hicieron responsables. PÉSIMO, PÉSIMO!!! Terrible service! I do not recommend it and I would never go back to that workshop! They don't solve anything with the insurance offices, they throw the ball to one to do the coordination with them and they don't have the slightest attention to call you and keep you up to date with the repair. I do not recommend it at all! Also when they deliver the car they tell you that the work has a 1 month warranty and if you make them an observation they become silly and look for ways to solve nothing. Getting one to solve it on their own so as not to waste more time dealing with them. And finally they scratched my car while in their workshop during the repair and they were not responsible. PESIMO, PESIMO !!!

They damaged my truck's ignition system. I do not know who was responsible. They didn't even give me their faces. Terrible service.
A	Antonio De Jesús Ramirez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, las aseguradoras tienen convenio con este taller poco profesional, primero tienen mala actitud y atención a los clientes, en mi caso entregue un auto que requería unas reparaciónes, mas de 3 semanas después no lo tienen, no contestan el teléfono, cúando lo hacen prometen fechas y el mero dia dicen que aún no está. Caray, este taller se burla de los clientes, uno no lleva el carro por gusto y además se paga. No lo recomiendo, las demás malas calificaciones las confirmo aquí. Y aunque se que es mucho pedir, espero que alguien de la cara.
