No son responsables el ingeniero que se supone es el mecánico el no hace nada tiene unos ayudantes aprendices que no saben nada en 2 ocasiones lo mande afinar mi carro y no le pusieron el tapón del aceite esta última vez mande mi carro para chequeo general para sacarlo a carretera y no hizo nada nomas me lo tardó un día y por nada según el ingeniero estaba en perfecta condiciones y no era verdad una manguera estaba inflada se requería cambiar la banda llena de aceite y a punto de reventar tenía una fuga de aceite el motor cuyo el reparto anteriormente y unos empaques reparados y pegados con silicon .
Osea que en ese taller no arreglan nada de nada y si te cobra como si reparará de verdad otra cosa si por nesecidad tienes que llevar tu auto a ese taller checa y toma fotos de las partes del motor y checa y toma foto del kilometraje y nivel de gasolina yo estoy muy desilusionada a punto de demandar
Very bad experience I recommend you look for another workshop whatever it will be better than that.
They are not responsible. The engineer who is supposed to be the mechanic does nothing. He has some assistant trainees who do not know anything twice. I sent him to refine my car and they did not put the oil cap on him this last time. On the road and did nothing, it took me one day and for nothing as the engineer was in perfect condition and it was not true a hose was inflated it was required to change the band full of oil and about to burst it had an oil leak the engine whose the distribution before and some repaired and glued with silicone.
I mean that in that workshop they don't fix anything at all and if it charges you as if it will really repair something else if you need to take your car to that Czech workshop and take photos of the engine and Czech parts and take a photo of the mileage and level of gasoline I am very disappointed about to demand
