★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta ahora, no me gusta el tiempo de espera, en una de esas, cuando por fin reparen mi auto, les cambie la calificación, hasta ahora, no me ha gustado... Y eso que solo es la valoración, 1 semana!!!
So far, I don't like the waiting time, in one of those, when my car is finally repaired, I change the rating, so far, I haven't liked it... And that's just the rating, 1 week! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, para ser cliente, te tratan de la fregada, no te dejan pasar, te tienen parado afuera hasta que ellos dejen de platicar, peor que si fueras a pedir trabajo. La verdad no los recomiendo.
Terrible service, to be a customer, they treat you like shit, they don't let you in, they have you standing outside until they stop talking, worse than if you were going to ask for a job. I really don't recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiado Irresponsables, tengo más de un mes esperando la reparación de mi vehículo y siempre dan excusas diferentes, fue un choque leve y fácil de reparar. Me dijeron que el 20 de enero estaría listo y hoy 9 de febrero ni siquiera han comenzado el trabajo...
Too irresponsible, I have been waiting for my vehicle to be repaired for more than a month and they always give different excuses, it was a minor crash and easy to repair. They told me that it would be ready on January 20 and today, February 9, they haven't even started the work...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugares que normalmente no quieres visitar... pero me toco un asesor muy agradable y atento, que hizo del proceso más leve. Accidente + quedarse sin auto + gastos= nada agradable. Pero la atención fue rápida y dejaron muy auto muy bien.
Places that you normally don't want to visit... but I got a very nice and attentive advisor, who made the process easier. Accident + being left without a car + expenses = nothing pleasant. But the attention was fast and they left a very good car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMOS!!!! No confíen en ellos, son unos ladrones, mentirosos e irresponsables. Después de que mi auto estuvo ahí por 4 meses me hablan diciendo que mi coche ya quedó pero no sirve la batería. La batería de mi coche tenía menos de un año que la cambie cuando entro a ese taller y estaba funcionando perfectamente, en su lugar la batería que me entregaron estaba oxidada, tirando ácido y sulfatada, nada que ver con la batería que tenía mi coche y no se hicieron responsables, me dijeron que no iban a pagar nada y que si quería sacar mi coche tenía que comprar una batería nueva, en fin compré una batería nueva y la lleve a ese lugar para que por fin me entreguen mi coche y oh sorpresa el aire no sirve!! Se supone que entro a arreglarse no a que empeore!!
NO CONFÍEN EN ESE LUGAR, TÓMENLE FOTO A TODO SU VEHÍCULO ANTES DE QUE ENTRE PORQUE SON UNOS LADRONES
