Nunca me avisaron sobre el Diagnóstico, lo repararon sin mi autorización y a pesar de hacer varias llamadas, la persona que me respondía no sabía nada. Y creen que una simple disculpa soluciona todo. Pésima atención. Of the worst workshops I have visited. They never told me about the Diagnosis, they repaired it without my authorization and despite making several calls, the person who answered me knew nothing. And they believe that a simple apology solves everything. Terrible attention

R	Rosa Gutierrez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taller mecánico, llegué por una urgencia. Eran las 6 de la tarde y la puerta del tanque de gasolina estaba trabada y sin gasolina a la mínima cantidad. Entre al taller el cual estaba cerrando. Les pedí que me abrieran la puerta trabada del tanque. A pesar que ya estaban cerrando, me la abrieron y así pude cargar la gasolina. Al día siguiente regresé para la reparación definitiva. Excelente atención y servicio. Ahora son el taller de mi preferencia. Gracias. Mechanical workshop, I arrived because of an emergency. It was 6 o'clock in the afternoon and the gas tank door was locked and without gasoline to the minimum amount. Enter the workshop which was closing. I asked them to open the locked door for the tank. Despite the fact that they were closing, they opened it for me and I was able to fill up the gasoline. The next day I returned for the final repair. Excellent attention and service. Now they are the workshop of my preference. Thank you.

J	Jim Nielsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy dos estrellas porque llevé el auto para que me arreglen los frenos (balatas) a la semana chillaban. Lo lleve de nuevo para revisión otra vez. Según que lo revisaron pero el auto sigue igual. Son amables, pero eso no me sirve si no me dejan bien el auto. I give it two stars because I took the car to have the brakes fixed (brake pads) a week they screamed. Take it back for review again. According to what they checked but the car remains the same. They are nice, but that does not help me if they do not leave me the car well.

R	René López Ulibarri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Los encargados del taller me hicieron esperar dos días para cambiar una bomba de gasolina que en otros lugares tardarían a lo mucho 2 horas. En fin muy mal sabor de boca .. NUNCA REGRESARÉ A ESTE TALLER. Y LES RECOMIENDO LO MISMO. MUY CARO POR CIERTO. Yo tuve que ir a Autozone a comprar la bomba y regresar en taxis. TERRIBLE SERVICE. The workshop managers made me wait two days to change a gasoline pump, which in other places would take at most 2 hours. Anyway, a very bad taste in my mouth .. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS WORKSHOP. AND I RECOMMEND THE SAME. VERY EXPENSIVE BY THE WAY. I had to go to Autozone to buy the pump and return in taxis.
