Paola is not only the best teacher, she is loving and caring and the best cheerleader when you need a push. She gives the class with all the safety measures and it is so much fun. I have watched my self get stronger and stronger in every class.
The kids classes are also amazing. You watch the kids go up like feathers and the have a great time!
