Un señor que revisa los autos ni siquiera sabe los nombres de las partes exteriores: O no es capaz de distinguir entre un Rim de aluminio y un tapón... o lo hacen a propósito para después cambiasrte partes... También le llamó "tapón" a lo que es el embrlema de Honda que faltaba en el centro del Rim. Y lo que es peor, yo (el cliente) le hago las aclaraciones y todavía el señor se molesta y no acepta su error, y todo en presencia de la eñora que contesta el teléfono y que es la que hace las anotaciones... Terminé por irme inmediatamente pues no parecen de fiar y ellos dos parece que ni les interesan los clientes...
Bad attention from the moment of arrival. A man who checks the cars does not even know the names of the exterior parts: Either he is not able to distinguish between an aluminum Rim and a stopper ... or they do it on purpose to later change parts ... He also called it "stopper "to what is the Honda emblem that was missing in the center of the Rim. And what is worse, I (the client) make the clarifications and still the man is upset and does not accept his error, and all in the presence of the lady who answers the phone and who is the one who makes the notes ... I finished for leaving immediately because they do not seem to be legit and they both seem not to be interested in customers ...
