Muy mal servicio. Tardan meses y no cumplen con lo pactado entregan las unidades con múltiples fallas. Hablas y no te contestan. Su objetivo es obtener máximas ganancias con gastos mínimos en detrimento del cliente.

Super orrible el servicio me rompieron mi palanca de velocidades, mis chisqueros de limpia parabrisas, los focos de los neblineros, y no colocan bien las piezas al final solo protextos para reparar el daño y nunca sale el supervisor siempre su asistente dando mentiras y largas si quieres estar unos 5 meses sin coche y con golpes nuevos y daños fuera del siniestro esta es una buena opción talleres memo

Es un buen taller, trabajan una marca de pintura de primera calidad , tienen laboratorio propio de coloristica, lo cual ayuda en entregar autos con colores al 100% ; Don Memo y su personal siempre tienen una actitud positiva y serviciales.

I am super impressed with the workmanship. They delivered my car 2 days earlier than estimated. Zurich insurance and Tallers Memo we both very efficient in communication and delivering excellent workmanship on time. I was emailed by the insurance company to advise that the headlight that arrived for the replacement was different as my 2003 issued headlight was obsolite. They showed me the difference in photos via email.so i could make the choice to be ok with 2 different headlights..or offered me the option of there discounted pricing from the manufacture for the second headlight. It was reasonable priced so i opted for new. The front end of the plastic.molding and driver side quarter panel were also replaced as new. I asked for a quote to get the hood painted, and other fron quarter panel painted so the car would look better. Along with a detailing polish on the rest of tue car. All the work came in at 6000 pesos. Which is very reasonable for a headlight, new paint on hood , quarter panel and detailed with a super good cut wax. As you can see the car looks like brand new. I am beyond thrilled. I highly recommend Taller Memo. Also my spanish is not the best. They had some biligual staff that were there in the moments where I was needing indepth comprehension of what was being done. Excellent service all the way around.????❣️
