1. Respetar los horarios de apertura, sobre todo por el tipo de producto que es, se sabe que son tamales especiales, pero la hora en que están listos -entre 8.30 y 9 am- ya es tarde, a esa hora los tamaleros en la calle prácticamente están por terminar su venta
2. Se podría evitar envolver tamal en una hoja extra de plástico, creo que está de más, si consideramos que son tamales oaxaqueños, la misma hoja de plátano es suficiente para proteger el relleno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aceptable, fui una hora antes del cierre y ya no tenían atole más que el de chocolate y no me anime a probarlo, tienen sabores diferentes por lo que me anime a acudir, el de zarzamora y pastor bien, la masa se siente ligera, pero tampoco extraordinarios, también pedí uno de rajas y a ese si le falta una mejora, no tenía ni sabor; volvería alguna vez si me queda de paso, más no me convertiría en un cliente frecuente….
