★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenos, aunque últimamente les esta fallando RL sabor. Les falta sal, o la masa está muy seca o sin sabor. Deben de mejorar su control de calidad y mejorar su surtido.
Es muy usual que desde temprana hora (6:30 pm) ya no hay de varias opciones, sobre todo los estilo México. Eso hace demeritar mucho el servicio al cliente. Además deben de poner el teléfono correcto, es de otra sucursal y hay que solicitarlo para validar si aún tienen lis tamales que a uno le gustan.
Si venden mucho, con mayor razón deberían tener mayor surtido y di hacen poco, pues mal negocio. Porque termina uno comprando en la competencia.
Espero este comentario ayude a mejorar su surtido y atención s sus clientes, pues sin clientes no hay negocio. Y los tiempos no están para perderlos.
Very good, although lately RL is failing flavor. They lack salt, or the dough is very dry or tasteless. They must improve their quality control and improve their assortment.
It is very common that from an early hour (6:30 pm) there are no longer several options, especially the Mexican style. That makes the customer service very much worthwhile. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue el único lugar donde pude encontrar pibipollo el último día de noviembre y tiene un sazón aceptable, muy buen servicio pero la salsa de jitomate estaba bastante ácida por lo que tengan cuidado con ella si son sensibles del estómago
