★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos por medio de Uber, la opción “calientitos” no sirve de nada, ya que mezclan tamales de otros días con tamales aparentemente frescos por qué uno de los que si estaba “calientito” estaba echado a perder, dejó foto donde es de mole y se ve verde la masa, el pedazo blanco está totalmente duro. Llame a la sucursal y me dijeron que no van “calientitos” por qué el repartidor los apresura y en cuanto al echado a perder, no niegan que son otros días ni por qué les dije uno venía congelado.
We ordered through Uber, the "hot" option is useless, since they mix tamales from other days with apparently fresh tamales, why one of the ones that was "hot" was spoiled, left a photo where it is mole and the dough looks green, the white piece is completely hard. I called the branch and they told me that they are not "hot" because the delivery man rushes them and as for the spoiled, they do not deny that they are other days or why I told them one was frozen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abren tarde y nunca tienen la mitad de la variedad anunciada. El producto está bien pero la atención al cliente y el inventario dejan mucho que desear. La señora es muy amable, la de pelo rosa no tanto... Ni modo.
They open late and never have half the advertised variety. The product is fine but the customer service and inventory leave a lot to be desired. The lady is very friendly, the one with pink hair not so much ... No way.
