Calidad 0., Precios $$$ altos.
No tienen fórmula para que los tamales ya sean de dulce, los de guisado tradicionales, siempre tuvieran la misma calidad . la verdad NO LOS RECOMIENDO.
La gente va pienso, porque tienen ganas de comer pero la verdad los tamales dejan mucho que desear.

Quality 0., Prices $$$ high.
They do not have a formula so that the tamales are already sweet, traditional stew tamales, always have the same quality. Honestly, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
People go, I think, because they feel like eating, but the truth is, the tamales leave a lot to be desired.

Describo mi experiencia; atención/mala, tiempo de espera/regular, la carta/solo 60% disponible, calidad de alimentos/buena, sazón y frescura/regular, postres y pasteles/caseros normales buenos y Walmart, precio/accesible, (pero por lo descrito anteriormente no recibes lo que pagas). Espero mejoren o vuelvan a ser lo que eran, tal y como dicen en algunos de los comentarios de sus comensales más asiduos.
I attended this place on recommendation, sadly leaves a lot to be desired. I describe my experience; attention / bad, waiting time / regular, la carte / only 60% available, food quality / good, seasoning and freshness / average, desserts and cakes / normal good and Walmart, price / accessible, (but for what is described above you don't get what you pay for). I hope they improve or go back to being what they were, as they say in some of the comments of their most frequent guests.

1. No tenían ni café, ni chocolate caliente, ni atole...
2. El pozole sabía agua.
3. La verdad es que para el precio, podrían usar alternativas de desechables, un negocio súper inconsciente y contaminante por todo el unisel que dan en cada compra, en una visita no usaron los tupers que llevé.
3. Los precios ya no tan buenos.
I share experience based on the last visits.
1. They had no coffee, no hot chocolate, no atole...
2. The pozole tasted like water.
3. The truth is that for the price, they could use disposable alternatives, a super unconscious and polluting business for all the unisel they give in each purchase, in one visit they did not use the tupers that I brought.
3. Prices are not so good anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio varía a veces son rápidos a veces no. Les pongo 2 estrellas porque ya van 2 veces que hacen mal la cuenta y nos cobran de mas (100 pesos la última vez) OJO CHEQUEN SUS CUENTAS porque no le ponen precio en la cuenta, solo te ponen el total (en un cuarto de hoja de libreta, ni siquiera una nota de remisión) y por mas que les hemos dicho varias veces siguen igual.
Al dueño, no es posible que lleven así su contabilidad, un sistema tpv les urge tanto para llevar la cuenta de las ventas como para que no les cobren de mas o menos a los clientes o los empleados les roben.
El pozole a veces está muy salado, deberían probar todo antes de servirlo.
Y para ponerle la cereza al pastel, cuándo reclamamos la segunda vez de que la cuenta estaba mal, la hija de la dueña se pone a la defensiva y nos dice "si ya les pasó, no fué conmigo" es cómo de ??? No importa si pasó contigo o con la dueña o con quién limpia, negocio es negocio y es parejo, hay gente que solo paga y no se fija que les cobran y de 5 pesos en 5 pesos ya se robaron mucho dinero.
The service varies sometimes they are fast sometimes they are not. I give them 2 stars because they have made the account wrong twice and charged us more (100 pesos the last time) BEWARE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS because they do not put a price on the account, they only give you the total (in a quarter of a page notebook, not even a remittance note) and despite what we have told them several times they remain the same.
It is not possible for the owner to keep their accounts like this, a tpv system urges them both to keep track of sales and not to overcharge customers or steal from employees.
The pozole is sometimes very salty, they should taste everything before serving it.
And to put the icing on the cake, when we claim the second time that the account was wrong, the owner's daughter gets defensive and tells us "if it already happened to them, it wasn't with me" is how??? It doesn't matter if it happened with you or with the owner or with whoever cleans, business is business and it's even, there are people who only pay and don't notice what they are charged for and a lot of money has already been stolen from 5 pesos to 5 pesos.
