S	Susan Cardenas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si, los tamales muy ricos y con su buena porción de relleno, y buen precio... peeero tengo una observación, la atención al cliente es muy mala cuando se quiere hacer pedidos por teléfono o vía wsp, tardan mucho en responder, lo hacen a medias.. y pues ahí lo tienen a uno adivinando o deduciendo lo que quisieron decir en sus cortas y nada explicables respuestas, uno cómo cliente (sobre todo de primera vez) tiene dudas, jaja.. pero bueno, esto es en buen plan , yo sé que con la cantidad de tamales que venden quizá les ha de valer un cacahuate si son amables o no, pero ojalá le echen más ganas con respecto a la atención del cliente. Recomiendo ir a los del Fortín, la sucursal Copérnico deja mucho que desear... They were overcooked, they had half the menu, nothing to drink, the employee was uncomfortable. Se pueden comer ahí o pedir para llevar. Really the best tamales in the area. Fully recommended. Good service and hygiene. The best thing is the variety of flavors and very well served. Nunca mas volveremos a comer fuera de la casa, quien sabe que enfermedades puedan traer esta gente con la falta de higiene. Tamale had a cockroach, when eating a part, the cockroach appeared inside the tamale. Disgusting, we throw all the other tamales in the trash. We will never eat out of the house again, who knows what illnesses these people can bring with poor hygiene.
