Una cosa que yo no sabia de los tamales, es que, en Nuevo León, o quizás en toda esta región, los tamales son diferentes que en otras ciudades de Mexico. Aquí los tamales son chiquitos, como una cuarta parte de lo que es un tamal en Guerrero, por ejemplo.
Sin embargo están muy ricos. Me gustaron

One thing I did not know about the tamales, is that, in Nuevo León, or perhaps throughout this region, tamales are different than in other cities in Mexico. Here the tamales are small, like a quarter of what is a tamale in Guerrero, for example.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardan mucho en atender, y nunca tienen tamales de queso se les acaba rápido, si saben que son los que más se venden porque no tienen más de esos. Mala experiencia. Vean la foto de la fila por la tardanza en atender.
