★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los mejores tamales en kilómetros a la redonda. Tienen variedad de sabores, les recomiendo mucho probar el de champiñones, chocolate, guajillo con carne de cerdo y naranja con coco. Personalmente son mis favoritos. Son de buen tamaño (grandes), la materia prima es excelente, se nota la calidad en la masa desde que los pruebas. No saben feo ni son muy grasosos, están esponjados.
Sus atoles también son deliciosos, prueben fresa, cajeta y arroz. Usan leche entera (no fórmula láctea) sino leche de buena marca para prepararlo y al igual que con los tamales, desde que los pruebas, se percibe la calidad.
Venden también chilaquiles, por si los necesitas para una cruda o simplemente para desayunar sin preparar y ensuciar tu cocina un fin de semana de flojera.
¡Vayan temprano porque se acaban de volada! Muy muy, ultra, recomendados.
The best tamales for miles around. They have a variety of flavors, I highly recommend trying the one with mushrooms, chocolate, guajillo with pork and orange with coconut. They are personally my favorites. They are of a good size (large), the raw material is excellent, you can see the quality in the dough since you taste them. They do not taste ugly or are very greasy, they are fluffy.
Their atoles are also delicious, try strawberry, cajeta and rice. They use whole milk (not milk formula) but good brand milk to prepare it and as with the tamales, since you taste them, the quality is perceived.
They also sell chilaquiles, in case you need them for a hangover or simply for breakfast without preparing and dirtying your kitchen on a lazy weekend.
Go early because you've just been blown away! Very very, ultra, recommended.
