★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo los pedí por DiDi y me enviaron mal el pedido, pague 10 y me enviaron 5 y además no eran los que yo había pedido; tampoco me hicieron la devolución completa de mi dinero; y la ocasión que acudí a la sucursal para que esto no volviera a suceder me dicen que no tendrán tamales hasta las 18:30 pm cuando ponen ahí que su horario es a partir de las 8:00 am; realmente deja mucho que desear. El sabor es bueno, pero con tantos inconvenientes ya no quedan ganas de comprarles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los tamales son muy buenos, pero el servicio es muy malo y últimamente muy mal surtido. Desaniman a los clientes para seguir comprando aquí. Los pedidos se hacen con 2 días de anticipación, les aviso para que no los vayan a regañar como a mi!

Hoy volví a ordenar y el sabor ya no es el mismo, ahora fue simple, con la masa aguada y la salsa poca. Ojalá no hayan bajado severamente su calidad y haya sido sólo una excepción.
