★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't book with Sonder at all, it's a bait and switch scam! I booked one specific building for the amenities and the level of apartment, they checked me into a completely different building, did not inform me until the day I arrived then refused to refund me because of the cancelation policy. Textbook scam, and I expected better from a worldwide company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t book, Terrible experience. Got here and wouldn’t let us get into our room because of reservation wait time even though we had already put our deposit. Employees are only friendly with who they want to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall experience was positive. The rooms were exceptional. They felt like they were brand new and it was very clean. The employees who worked for Sonder were very kind and friendly.
You have on premise security which makes you feel more comfortable and there was a gym and pool that were included with this property. Note that not many people used the pool and the gym was very simple with a few machines, treadmills, elliptical machines and free weights.
The one major drawback is how loud it is. Your rooms are poorly isolated and it's extremely loud during the evenings because you're situated beside a pretty busy road. It is so bad that the Sonder even offers you earplugs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful. Do not stay here. It’s a beautiful - brand new. But the noise and heat are intolerable. And staff is unwilling to assist other than to suggest you wear earplugs. I know city noise is a thing, but these apartments were built over a major intersection. And they don’t warn you ahead of time.
There are far better places to stay in condesa for this price.
Avoid!!!

You have stairs at the entree and if you have big luggages they don’t provide assistance.
One of the two elevators was covered with wood and giving the feeling it can fall at anytime.
The location is great. It’s a very cool neighborhood, plenty of restaurants and feels safe to walk.
The apartment looks modern and very new however, the biggest issue is that the windows are not noise proof and at night it can be pretty loud from the noises of the cars.
They charge you for a late check out even if it’s 1 more hour but they offer free storage on the basement.
