★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never really fixed the door so we had to prop a chair up against the door all night just to feel safe enough to sleep. It didn't matter however because the door was made of such poor material that all you had to do if you really wanted to get in was push the plastic film [meant to pass as glass] inward off the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So deceptive! Pictures are one thing but reality is very different. Rooms have NO VIEWS , smell of sewer, NO privacy at all! Other guests walk past your room window to access theirs and a tiny see through curtain is the only thing that gives you privacy. Not even a kettle for coffee or tea in the room! The walls in the room are damp and flaking and the bathroom not clean. There's a large terrasse by the rooms and guests seem to be allowed to party there, so forget about sleeping! Reception closes at 8pm, there's a guardian but he can't deal with much. Extremely expensive compared to other hotels nearby, so you might think you got into a luxurious place but it's not!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees very attentive to guests. Clean room and nicely priced. Free breakfast was also nice. In the evening the restaurant has seafood We tried the Ensenada tacos were delicious with the ice cold beer. The pool is very large and kept clean as the restrooms of the pool are very clean and stocked well with toilet paper. The hotel even has its small private waterfalls. I recommend this hotel to all that come to this area.
