â â â â â Mal servicio de parte de los vendedores, ojala los directivos pudieran revisar ese tema, hacer una llamada como si fueran clientes y vivir la experiencia del mal servicio, te dejan esperando y al final cuelgan el telĂ©fono.

El 9 de febrero compre 54 mil pesos de producto y la vendedora me dio tiempo de entrega de 5 dĂas, a las 2 semanas me avisa (porque yo le hable) que el proveedor les habĂa subido el precio y q tenia que pagar una diferencia de 5 mil pesos. No estuve de acuerdo y pedĂ mi devoluciĂłn y a la fecha no me han devuelto mi dinero solo me dan largas y puras mentiras. De verdad ahĂłrrense la estafa y el coraje, no los recomiendo para nada y el gerente de tienda un inepto que al final no me quiso contestar el telĂ©fono diciendo que estaba en el "baño". Tuve que hablar a corporativo y segĂșn la de crĂ©dito y cobranza mi devoluciĂłn queda la prĂłxima semana, mas de un mes con mi dinero retenido. Nunca me habĂan tratado tan mal en una empresa hasta parece broma pero no lo es. De verdad no compren aquĂ si quieren evitarse muchos dolores de cabeza.
